CORSICAN CREATIONS- GOLD BOW - Extra Virgin Olive Oil, White Balsamic Vinegar, and Tomato & Parsley Spice.
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL - The green color of our Olive Oil is an indicator that the olives were pressed in less than 48 hours after they were picked. This results in less acidity in the oil and a full-bodied flavor. It is a natural juice that preserves the taste, aroma, vitamins, and properties of olive fruit. Olive oil is the only vegetable oil that can be consumed as it is - freshly pressed from the fruit.
AGED  BALSAMIC VINEGAR - Barrel-Aged Balsamic Vinegar.               

TOMATO & PARLEY SPICE This spice provides a wonderful flavor to a salad or soup. Use as a dry rub for fish and beef or make a dressing and or marinade. It is a staple in our pantry. INGREDIENTS: Parsley, dried Tomatoes, Tarragon, Onion, Garlic, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Red Pepper, Celery & Dill Seed, Rosemary, Oregano, and Caraway.
