QUICHE LORRAINE KIT - Wrapped Tube

This classic brunch dish originates from Lothringen, a medieval kingdom under
German rule. The name ‘quiche’ stems from German origin word ‘Kuchen’ or cake. This savory custard cake was globalized by none other than Marco Polo. For me it invokes memories of relaxing on a Sunday morning with family & friends.

INGREDIENTS: Wheat Flour Enriched (Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine, Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid) Malted Barley Flour, Baking Powder, Kosher Salt, and our Fines Herbs. JUST ADD Butter, water, eggs, cheese, cream, onion, bacon, and spinach.

 

PIZZA RUSTICA (Easter Pie) KIT (GF) - Every Italian region, village and family has its own special recipes. Sometimes they are referred to as meet pies, others might consider them an Italian Quiche. This one has roots in a recipe by Nick Malgieri in Baking with Julia. Having one on your table is an Italian sign of spring.
